I Machinery Co., Ltd was set up in September,2007,located at F5-2,Fanhu Area North Zone,Industrial
Park, Leping, Foshan, Sanshui, Guangdong. The company with strong financial strength, has a high starting point and good orientation. It is also supported by some large
enterprises with great influence in the country market. The technical staff of the company is organically combined with old,middle and young generations, which structure
is reasonable and complete configuration. The company pays special attention on recruitment, training and use of artisans so that now, the company has several technic backbones
whose riveting/welding, stainless steel welding, plastic welding, fitter/installation technologies are very outstanding in the same field. The company not only can develop and design
technologically advanced products, but also can ensure that the products are made with first class crafts.
The company has three leading products:
1、Intelligent,and automatic finished products warehouse, dies warehouse, AGV and logistics
2、Intelligent,flexible, and fully automatic horizontal anodizing(ED) line
3、Intelligent,flexible, and fully automatic vertical anodizing (ED) line
Those three are high end products in the aluminum machinery equipment industry. As the company have had
deeply cooperated with Japanese and South Korean companies, it absorbed the semi-automatic technology from
South Korea, fully automatic technology from Japan. Based on that, the company has closely cooperated with
unuversities, developed "the intelligent, flexible fully automation system". The system have been applied multi
horizontal/vertical anodizing (ED) production lines. The system obtained Chinese national invention patent (patent No. ZL 201120532586.8) in
December, 2011. As the intelligent ware house and logistics system will be the direction
of the future development of the industry, we have had deeply cooperated with an ltalian company. Through importing,
absorbing and improving, an intelligent ware house has been put into production with international advanced level.
Another one is in installation phase. We are not in a hurry to make success, not pursue quantity, we are more committed
to excellence, we have to move forward steadily. We are not perfect, and not satisfied. We will follow the technology trend, market and customers demands to manufacture the products that satisfy customers.
